Why is the last 3 episodes (47, 48, 49,) still hasn't been translated into english

Everywhere anime website i go theres not a single site that has an eng sub of the last 3 episodes of Patalliro

yeah im pretty sure they are not yet translated for some reason. apparently translating them is still an ongoing project, i read from other threads that not too long ago the series wasn't translated at all, so if anything we can be glad for the 46 eps that we have. i am expecting the translation to be available sometime in the future, but atm legit going to learn the whole japanese language myself to watch those 3 eps if i have to wait too much. and if the translation exists somewhere yall let me know sure do hope im wrong!
