I rate anime based on philosophical impact: how strongly it affects the mind and how long that impact remains. If both the impact and its retention are very strong, I am willing to give the anime a 10/10; otherwise, the rating will be lower.
A reason to keep watching: goals, dreams, objectives, mystery, or progress. A reason to enjoy each episode: comedy, achievement, change, or development. A reason to value the whole anime: ideas, characters, art, emotion, or expression. The last day of division finals is tomorrow, 14 of September. Kanade will be fighting against Misaka Mikoto.
League Finals start on 21 of September and last till 5 of October. These are the final rounds, so don't forget to give your vote for Kanade!
If You are interested in events like ISML or Japanease Saimoe, You should also be interested in European Saimoe event organized by the Senpuu Society. Give it a chance and vote for your favorite heroine in fierce battle of flames!
