Haha, Yuta really is built different! That Season 3 finale was absolute insanity; it made me feel like I was being rewarded for being an early supporter of Ogoatsu.

Sakuta was never my favorite, and I still wouldn’t call the series a masterpiece (honestly, it caps out at an 8/10 for me).
That said, after rewatching it, I’ve started to appreciate the nuances I missed. There’s a genuine weight to the dialogue and character dynamics; especially his chemistry with Futaba and Mai that I just enjoy a whole lot. Even Sakuta’s characterization grew on me; aside from some 'less than pleasant' phrasing, I used to think he was just mediocre character who was just weirdly popular(don't get me wrong, he still is), at the very worst (my views and opinions on him have improved slightly). Plus, this was the first time I had seen someone mention him in a worst main character list, somewhat to my surprise, which is why i messaged you.

Was going through old threads and I saw that you said that one of the worst main characters in your opinion, was Sakuta from Bunny Girl Senpai? Replying to that thread would be a waste, so I thought I might as well ask you directly... Why?

Heya! You are very welcome! Thank you for accepting my friend request. And yup! The Chainsaw Man movie is something incredibly unique and special. It's an artistic masterpiece from start to finish. I had the huge privilege to watch it very early on in Tokyo, Japan which is a core memory for me now. I was a fan since the anime first came out and it makes me so incredibly happy to see just how much everyone loves it. I fell in love with that series all over again cause of the movie. Everything from the animation to the opening/closing, OST and art work was simply incredible. I am so excited for you to be able to see for it the first time. I wish I could erase my memory and watch it all over again... Oh man..

And yes, as you might be able to tell, Aki is also my favorite character! Though someone from the movie is a close second! We shall talk about that once you have seen it.
