As my username implies, I love music and am a singer in real life, taking inspiration from anime for my songwriting. I like cute and strong anime girls, best if they're both! I don't really catch up with anime of the season; it's so much more enjoyable to watch anime at a relaxed pace without FOMO pressures, and it's better for avoiding shows that eventually turn to crap in the later part of the season. My reviews primarily focus on female-led anime because they tend to get less attention, so hopefully they end up being a useful resource for people. I am not someone obsessed with nostalgia, and I've found that female characters in modern anime are significantly more complex and interesting than back in the '00s. To me, the best stories expand people's imagination in some way.

My original piano/vocal albums:

• Storytime. My first album! It's a fairy tale concept album about a girl who goes on an adventure after seeing a strange vision in the sky and confronts her past as she meets fellow travellers.
  
• Dystopia. Dark fantasy inspired album about a girl fated to be the villain who gets picked up by a travelling circus. Can she defy her fate? Cw: suicide.

Original stories:

• Lydia's First Date. Short, gentle romcom story about an introverted nerd girl who agrees to a date with a nerdy guy who approaches her in the park, with all the awkwardness one might expect.
  
• Yume no Sekai. Horror story about a VR simulation that turns seven women into anime girls as they participate in a Bachelor-style reality show. On hold.

Fanfiction:

• Blue Reflection Eclipse. Fan sequel to Blue Reflection with a mostly new cast. If you're curious as to how I'd write a magical girl show, here it is.
  
• Waiting for Clear Skies. Short bit about Kanon and Aria Shibuya, sisters from Love Live Superstar.
