I dont run so idk I deadlifted 180 kg, squatted 140 kg (below parallel), benched 100 kg (with a pause). I got back into benching properly, yesterday I did 94 kg for 5 so I think I'll hit 110 kg soon. Would be nice because people say that 140/100/180 is the line that separates average Joes from slightly above average joes so I would like to get into the slightly above average Joe camp I dipped +60kg and I think my best chin up was +55kg or maybe a bit more but bellow +60kg. I dont think I have ever tried to do chin ups for max reps without weight I dont know my running times, I dont run.

Most of my life I've done agile sports, martial arts and calisthenics or uncategorised [ex. shooting sports] not a fan of gym especially that I prefer tabata method than mindless reps. All I can say is my scores from highschool when I actually went to gym: Bench Press - 80-90kg Dead Lift - N/A - I have scoliosis so I avoided this exercise for health reasons Squats - 140 kg including my weigth back than which was 70kg Chin Ups - In a row it should be 11-12, I often made series with my buddies going for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Something like that a ladder, I don't remember exactly but that's how it would look. Dips - same story. Runnig - I don't remember my scores for that unfortunately.

@ssvmdh yeah but 140kg including my mass back than, so the plates and that metal thingy were just 70kg, that's because I've done a lot of agility stuff so back than my legs were superb powerful, can't say for now as I haven't done sports for quite a while. For chin ups, actually I don't know, I am more familiar about swimming being good for back and spine in overall, I just done it cause sometimes at middle school - high school I was going to one outside gym stuff at my rural town where you have that place for chin ups, dips and some sit-ups alike excersises.

If you lied with something more plausible like 60 or 70 kg, I would've let it slide, but there no parallel universe in which you were benching 90 kg in high school while being like 60, 70, whatever kg yourself. | @149597871 I've been doing gym for 1-2 years back than with my friend whom was a gym freak, we've hit the gym every 2nd day. Seeing him benching more than me just motivated me to do better. And also you expect me to remember exact number from around a DECADE AGO, like bro, get some reality, that was my assumption, it could be 70kg, obviously not more than I've written in my op ffs. Also as mentioned up untill University, I've done sports my whole life and done one hardcore sports, while also one recently among the extreme sports where any cricial fail equal to being dead. I'd rather go back to my calisthenics programs with pushups than bench presses, than reopening my Gym client card and go benching, it's not worth it, unless someone like to inject too much of testosterone than sure it will be fun. |

@Zettaiken If you've ever benched that number, you'd remember it. There's literally not a single lifter who'd say "I could bench somewhere between 70 and 90 kg" There's like a whole year, perhaps even more, of serious effort in between those 2 numbers for someone your weight and even benching your own bodyweight is beyond impressive for a high school student. Like, the first time I went to the gym was at 10th grade and even though I could do like 30 proper pushups at the time and was very physically active and way heavier than you, I felt the weight of the barbell (20 kg) was like holding the Earth itself. Now, if I add just 5 kg to my current max, the bar would probably quite literally kill me. I'm not going to say to people "I can bench well... 100... 120, 130 maybe" as if I'm The Rock in another dishonest interview with Emily Blunt. See, you are going for an unknown territory here and it's obvious to anyone who has actually been there. Like most of us get to bench 1.5x their bodyweight in their mid 20s, after like 8 years of going on an off to the gym and obsessing about fitness while having built enough muscle mass to have visible abs at like 24 BMI. It's not something a year of going to the gym with your high school mate and playing freaking... idk, basketball or whatever with some calisthenics on side can get you.

@149597871 I don't need to remember that cause gym was never my ambition like others, I only went there cause my friend asked me for as he had no one else to go with so I started going there, I remember the squat exactly only because I was doing a bigger amount of kg including my mass than my friend, that's why I know for squats the exact number. Also the thread is about a highscore not my usual weigths, for most of the time at my prime I would do around 70, for most of the time before that probably 40-50 not sure. Not to mention that weigth of muscle or size of muscle doesn't imply it's power, since the first time I went to gym a barbell was alwas a warmup and than adding plates. I can tell you more about sparrings, fightings, shooting sports, windsurfing, calisthenics [with many breaks in between] and other exercises cause first of all I were interested in them and second of all I did them for a longer time and I'd rather to cali than gym, I've seen better progression there and I'd rather focus on how long I can do a certain exercise than just focus on 10x3 series of reps etc. Edit - also to make sure cause usually it is unbelievable for someone to go to gym regularly and not being passionate nor ambitious with it, I still have my card, although I don't know if this gym still exist, for obvious reasons I won't show the second side as there's my full name in it [made some quick research, right now it is called Well Fitness and it still exist, at least the one I was going to]:

I don't know the answer to any of these and this isn't a measure of fitness in general exactly. Before I got tired of it I had a routine of 100 pushups, 100 bicycle crunches every day sometimes up to 300, and id go jogging but usually only for 30 minutes tops.

Ooooh I've always dreamed about being like Bruce lee. If it helps me get a six pack and maybe pass my old record of 70 sit-ups I'm willing to try anything. Honestly I might be able to push my body to do around 80, but then I probably pass out from exhaustion.
