Notes :
Fate/Grand Order is adapted from a mobile game with a Prologue and 8 arcs.
First Order adapt the Prologue, Camelot the 6th arc, Babylonia the 7th and Solomon the 8th.
Camelot and Babylonia are more or less self-contained, so you can watch them without having played the game as long as you watch First Order.
Moonlight/Lostroom is a prologue to a 2nd part of the game, further than Solomon, titled Cosmos In The Lostbelt.

First Order was just a Movie Prologue to promote a little bit more the game.

Moonlight/Lostroom was just a cinematic that could be watched in the game when the 2nd Part got released around 2017.
It shouldn't even really be watched by Anime-onlies.

For the rest , in the Japanese server of the game , they was once a poll :
"Which Arc would you like to see animated ?"
The community voted , and the Top 3 was Babylonia > Camelot > Solomon.
So they took this Top 3 , and adapted it in the order of the poll.
This show that it's just a series done for the fans , and that they will probably never gonna adapt those who got skipped.
