While it is clear that multiple girls have feelings for the protagonist, the romantic subplot is never taken seriously and used more for, again, comedic effect.

In KamiNomi, MC is tasked by a supernatural entity to capture the hearts of various girls just like in galgame. In both works, MCs are also avid gamers.

While Biblia's setting is in the modern world without out of ordinary event, Dantalion unfolds in a fantasy world full of magic and other oddities.

There is also a romance subplot going on between main characters.

Guilty Crown (GC) and Code Geass (CG) are similar in that both shows' (male) protagonists received a mysterious power referred as the "power of the king" toward the start of the shows. These shows also have a lot of mecha action, as people fight each other by controlling robots in one way or another. There are strong distinctions, however. Whereas Code Geass is a show that features a protagonist who is confident, charismatic, and devious, Guilty Crown's is more mellow, indecisive. As a result, the moods of shows drastically differ as one is all about watching the protagonist owning his opponents, the other is full of turnouts that make viewers shout at the protagonist.

These shows have intense emotional outbursts, and the mood is usually heavy and melancholy.

While BokuMachi is set in our modern world and Re:Zero is in a fantasy world, both anime have the basic premise where the protagonist has the ability to reset their experience to a certain point in order to avoid a dead end. Further similarities lie in the fact that both characters have very little control on this phenomenon. Note that the series focus on using this ability to avoid bad end, rather than getting the bottom of this mysterious phenomenon.

Both movies have plot developments that are similar to each other in its sci-fi/mystical elements, to which I will not say more about in fear of spoiling the story. Due to the nature of short length of the movie, both works chose to focus more on the atmosphere and characters rather than making a seamless story.

Both are medium length manga about romance, friendship, and kinship focusing mainly on characters in high school. Admittedly, Hatsukoi Limited has a much more dramatic story and involves a lot more love triangles, while Yasashii Sekai is more laid-back.
